Called ahead to relay interest in a specific vehicle. Got told I would receive a walk-around video and photos same day. Didn’t receive anything; called back 2 days later. Nelson took charge and sent some videos, then we agreed on a price over the phone due to distance from dealership. Such an awful experience dealing with this dealer. Nearly a month ago put a refundable $1000 deposit on a car I decided not to purchase. Non stop "will get it paid can let you know," but no actual refund. Can't get anyone in management to call me back. So thankful I did not buy from this joke of a company. Guess I have to dispute with credit card company.

Went to test drive used Mercedes Benz and was treated with respect and fairness. Sale associate Nelson Ramiz was very professional and knowledgeable, easy to talk to. Ended up buying the vehicle, was an easy decision. Would recommend Ocean to friends and family.
This dealership sold us a vehicle with a rollover mileage issue and they never informed us about it. We find out while trying to trade our vehicle on their West Kendall store today. They sold me a CX-5 with “13k” miles. However, the vehicle showed in carfax over 20k miles 6 months prior. Be aware of this dealership, request a print copy of the carfax report and inspect your vehicle for hidden damage too. Please be really careful with their used cars.
